Hotel Policies

At Arkja Cottages, we strive to provide a serene and comfortable stay amidst nature’s beauty. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we request you to kindly follow our hotel policies.

    • Rooms are strictly non-smoking.
    • Pets are allowed. 
    • Loud Music or Noise is prohibited to preserve the  natural serene of Arkja Cottages.
    • Room service is not available.
    • Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
    • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
    • High Tea: 5.00 PM
    • Dinner: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Last order: 9:30 PM)
    • Please note that only cold water is permitted for use in the bath tub and jacuzzi. Kindly refrain from using hot water to ensure proper functioning of the system and to maintain safety. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
    • Kindly note that outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the public areas of the property. Please contact Duty Manager for assistance.
